Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team in executing visually compelling, high-impact marketing assets. This role will be a key player in refining and evolving the brand's identity through various marketing initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling visuals across multiple formats, including digital ads, web assets, social media graphics, one-pagers, decks, and long-form content like eBooks and whitepapers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns, including subway and billboard advertisements.
  • Enhance and evolve the visual identity while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Work closely with non-designers, taking feedback and translating business needs into effective designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Early-stage startup experience with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience working in lean teams, taking initiative, and adapting quickly.
  • Portfolio showcasing work across a variety of formats, including digital ads, social media, long-form content, and print materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-designers, collaborate cross-functionally, and take constructive feedback.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience (e.g., short social media clips, podcast snippets).
  • Familiarity with Webflow or similar web design platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and how design contributes to conversion optimization.
