The System Administrator will perform a variety of IT functions, collaborating with operations, compliance, and other IT departments to build, maintain, optimize, automate, and secure our IT systems. The Success You'll Build
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems to support the company's vision
- Research new technologies and solutions to enhance system performance, efficiency, and security
- Manage defect and IT support ticket triage
- Collaborate on our technology roadmap and turn visions into reality
- Document all system configurations and processes; share and communicate with others on the IT team
- Provide technical guidance to IT leadership and peers
- 5+ years experience as a system administrator managing IT infrastructure and networks
- 5+ years experience administrating with Windows and MacOS operating systems
- 5+ years of experience working with IAM tools (OKTA, EntraID)
- Experience purchasing, configuring, managing and distributing hardware devices
- Experience managing IT helpdesk and technical support
- Experience administering internal software systems, tools and accounts
- Experience running procurement operations
- Experience with Salesforce administration
- Experience in information security
- Experience working in an SRE role
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and the associated ecosystem
- Experience working closely with software engineers
