Join our Marketing Operations team to oversee project governance for global marketing initiatives and game launches. As a GTM Program Manager, you'll lead planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role emphasizes building scalable processes and improving team workflows for impactful, agile campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver marketing plans, budgets, and strategic frameworks.
- Track progress, manage risks, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Streamline workflows, automate processes, and introduce forecasting tools.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
What We Need
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, ideally in games marketing.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and large-scale campaigns.
- Experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, Jira.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
