  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Maintain and update employee databases and HR software systems
  • Process payroll and assist with payroll-related inquiries
  • Help organize employee training and development programs
  • Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents for compliance and audits
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR (internships are welcome)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
