Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Manage employee records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with paperwork
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR software systems
- Process payroll and assist with payroll-related inquiries
- Help organize employee training and development programs
- Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies and procedures
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents for compliance and audits
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR (internships are welcome)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
