- Manage and maintain office calendars, schedules, and appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly filed
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with meeting and event coordination, including booking rooms and preparing materials
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Coordinate and manage office maintenance and office equipment
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and other basic financial tasks as needed
- Support HR-related functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team and office operations
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
