We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional IT projects and programs. Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Ensure the successful integration of multiple projects within the program, adjusting scope, timing, and budget as necessary.
  • Establish and enforce IT project management processes and methodologies to maintain consistency and quality.

Resource & Budget Management:

  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, personnel, and support.
  • Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Track key project milestones and make adjustments to timelines, priorities, or resources to mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Communication & Leadership:

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and lead client meetings to provide project updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to drive project success.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure all IT projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance using KPIs and reporting metrics to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project/program management, preferably in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
