Description:
The Data Center Design Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing data center fit-out projects, working closely with subject matter experts to support design and build initiatives. This role includes managing client expectations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:
3 to 7 years of relevant experience in data center facilities design and project management.
Expertise in managing client expectations, budgets, billing, schedules, and project timelines.
Experience coordinating subcontractors, other trades, and customer interactions.
Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including power distribution and structured cabling.
Proven success in managing mid-size data center build-outs and fit-outs.

Desired Skills:
Strong knowledge of data design drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations.
Familiarity with vendor relationships and data center real estate investment trusts (REITs).
Experience with project estimation and sales proposal development.
Understanding of bid documents and contractor bid leveling.
Relevant industry certifications such as RCDD, BICSI DCDC, CDCDP, or PMP.
