Position for the Business Development Specialist

Reporting to President

DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and identify opportunities.
  • Collect customer requirements, prepare project proposals, and present opportunities to the engineering team.
  • Interface with internal teams and address customer’s requirements in an understandable way.
  • Work with application engineers and designers to develop solutions for customers.
  • Overlook opportunities/projects from start to the successful end.
  • Ability to manage multiply customers simultaneously.
  • Understand importance of the project/tasks and prioritize them accordingly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer’s technical and support requests, and escalations.
  • Request and collect customer’s forecast and document them internally for Sales, Manufacturing and Planning needs.
  • Post sales support and assistance with company’s product integration within customers’ working environment.
  • Enter, track, and report sales data activity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Engineering degree is plus
  • Sales experienced for Robotics / automation or in semiconductor industry
  • Able to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Open-minded, always looking for a new opportunity.
