PrimeTalent's client is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant to provide executive and legal support to the Managing Partner. This individual will assist in the corporate practice group, managing day-to-day operations. Training provided. A degree is required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Partner with client and business transactions
- Monitor email correspondence and attachments, alerting to urgent matters
- Schedule conference calls, prepare for meetings, and maintain the calendar
- Arrange domestic and international travel and itineraries
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence for corporate transactions
- Assist with the distribution of event tickets
- Perform light bookkeeping—reconcile bank accounts and prepare expense reports
- Professionally answer and direct client telephone calls
- Maintain client filing system and organize office information
- Assist with scheduling CLE courses and conferences
Abilities and Expectations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of discretion
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates initiative with a strong work ethic
- Team player and self-starter with regular and punctual attendance
Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Preferred in English, Communications, or related fields)
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-4 years of executive assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; familiarity with time entry and document management software is a plus
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Experience or interest in aviation is encouraged
