Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and communicate a strategic HR vision that aligns with company goals and values
- Establish clear departmental objectives with measurable outcomes to drive organizational success
- Alert senior leadership to shifting employment trends that may impact Company strategy and growth initiatives.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards while enhancing leadership professionalism
- Create cohesive HR policies, processes, and procedures, building consensus across senior leadership to ensure successful implementation
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; proactively plan for legislative changes and guide management on necessary actions
- Organize compliance training, including safety programs, OSHA standards, and regulatory testing to maintain licensing and safety requirements
- Improve and preserve the integrity of critical HR data, systems and reports
- Develop and administer competitive compensation programs that are market-aligned, budget-conscious, and equitable
- Co-lead the annual pay review and bonus process, ensuring alignment with talent retention, pay equity, and performance goals
- Evaluate and manage benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational needs
- Advise managers on performance evaluation, career development, compensation strategies, benchmarking, benefits, and personnel changes
- Serve as a mediator for employee appeals and conflict resolution
- Advise leadership on employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters, suspensions, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Coach managers on policy enforcement, conflict resolution, performance management, and effective terminations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Company policy.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement at all organizational levels, encouraging performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale building
- Performs other duties as assigned by the EVP
- Strategic and Tactical HR Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive impactful HR initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Influential Leadership: Equally comfortable managing up and influencing without authority as you are with delegating tasks effectively
- Resilience and Adaptability: Solutions-focused, with sound judgment and strong decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Proactive Problem Solver: Capable of managing conflicting priorities with a strategic, forward-thinking approach

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR highly preferred
- At least ten years of human resource management experience across a range of HR competencies is required
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR compliance, benefits administration, records retention, employee relations, culture building, and HR policies and procedures
- High degrees of conscientiousness, responsiveness, and strong customer service orientation
- Proven track record of managing complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and talent management processes
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and operate as a self-starter in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Compensation: $165,000–$185,000 annually, based on experience
