We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and administrative support. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our HR department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and general office management. You will be responsible for assisting with various HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing welcome packages and conducting orientation sessions
  • Help with benefits administration and communicate with employees regarding their benefits questions
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee events
  • Prepare and process HR documents, including employment contracts and performance reviews
  • Handle general HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners
  • Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets and maintaining accurate attendance records
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, scheduling meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internships or entry-level roles are welcome)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
