In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Design and build BI solutions that transform complex data into intuitive, user-focused analytics apps
- Develop best-in-class dashboards, ensuring seamless, frictionless user experiences that drive engagement
- Collaborate with partners and customers to define key requirements, from target audiences and market needs to data sources and user workflows
- Identify new opportunities for analytics apps by researching market trends, audience needs, and high-impact use cases
- Integrate and model data by onboarding new data sources, designing efficient structures, and optimizing datasets for advanced analytics
- Document and align requirements, clearly outlining data sources, business logic, and final deliverables to meet user needs
- Validate and refine solutions, iterating on analytics apps to ensure they meet quality standards before distribution on Seek’s app store
- 5+ years of BI experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, consulting, or technical sales)
- Expertise in data visualization and UX/UI design, with a track record of building scalable, intuitive BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma Computing
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and analytics concepts to diverse audiences
- A solid understanding of dimensional modeling, including fact vs. dimension tables and core data transformation techniques
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience writing efficient queries and joins to drive meaningful insights
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery
- A builder mindset—you document, templatize, and automate processes to ensure scalability and repeatability
- Experience working with Snowflake in a production environment
- A background in data and analytics use cases within consumer goods, retail, supply chain, marketing, or financial services
- The annual salary range for this position is between $105,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications
