  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role requires a deep understanding of PCM processes, functionalities, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a techno-functional role with a focus on PCM.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a complex SAP environment.
    • Expertise in Performance and Compensation Management (PCM) is a must.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement.
    • Strong understanding of ABAP programming and debugging skills is a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
