Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Principal. This role requires exceptional technical proficiency, a fast-paced work ethic, and the ability to handle high-level administrative tasks with precision and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Principal.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in managing internal and external communications, including drafting emails and correspondence.
  • Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Coordinate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Leverage technology to streamline administrative tasks and improve operational effectiveness.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with CRM systems, project management tools, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
