Intermediate (5-7 Years) Project Manager - Test Lead - SAP Timekeeping Systems Project
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Hybrid work situation - ideally be able to go into Milwaukee HQ once a week.
6-7 month contract initially (however, contracts typically get extended)
Project Manager with hands-on Test Team Lead experience to oversee software testing initiatives, ensuring quality assurance and project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing testing teams, test planning, execution, and defect management while also being able to contribute hands-on when needed. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to work with key business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities within projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to support project objectives.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless testing and defect resolution.
- Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide hands-on support in test execution, automation, and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Facilitate test sessions, stay on task and organized
- No specific test tools *** however SAP environment is huge plus
- Ability to manage testing steps
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong background in software testing.
- Hands-on experience in test planning, execution, and automation frameworks.
Nice to Have:
SAP environment testing.
SAP experience - timesheet modules
