Duration: 12 month contract (possible extensions)
Job Summary:
The Project Manager, under the supervision of the Supply Chain Director for Raw Materials and Artwork, will play a critical role in ensuring a portfolio of Supply Chain projects is highly organized and actively managed with accountability for near/mid-term deliverables while advancing the program's overall goals.
The PM in this role should be able to organize and assist the directors for Internal Audits and transformation programs. Internal audits are a critical part of compliance, and the candidate should be able to effectively use tools like Excel, Smartsheets, Tableau, and PowerPoint to create documents and content and enable effective program management. Projects don't run like conventional projects - they are very dynamic, with many changes requiring close tracking.
The Project Manager will also leverage Microsoft Office programs and SmartSheet.
Accountability:
- Planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing key project deliverables in line with project timelines and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead ad hoc and planned meeting series supporting the program lead, including meeting minute generation and action item follow-up.
- Facilitate project planning activities, including process mapping, opportunity, and risk identification leading to business case development.
- Lead workshops and deep dive sessions within the Connected Planning space
- Develop and manage the overall project plan leveraging ppm software
- Create project slide decks in support of the program lead
- Monitor project milestones and Key Performance Indicators against targets
