VP, Brand & Marketing

What you’ll do:
- Maintain a best in class Marketing, Brand and Creative department, coaching existing team and recruiting top players.
- Oversee team, strategy and deliverables of paid and organic acquisition, ambassador, referral, retention, and brand management functions
- Maintain brand strategy and execute with creativity, innovation, and pragmatism.
- Lead product marketing strategy, including product message hierarchies and marketing calendar prioritizations for product and capsule launches
- Mine insights from cultural conversations to weave cohesive narratives appropriate for Lunya’s positioning and voice
- Drive brand discovery and brand engagement (inclusive of PR, influencer campaigns, social media, advertising, and brand partnerships)
- Set targets and track results for integrated campaigns.
- Develop innovative external brand partnerships to maximize exposure and position Lunya as a best-in-class iconic brand
- Manage budget and drive tactical marketing campaigns underpinning brand growth

- Proven track record of developing iconic brand campaigns
- Comfortable tackling problems head-on, adapting to shifting priorities, making efficient decisions in the face of tight deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience developing and running complex marketing campaigns for a high-profile consumer brand within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years brand strategy experience
- Experience with a DTC, retail or lifestyle brand
- Agency + brand side experience desirable
- Fluent in design, fashion, editorial, film, marketing and retail trends
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Bachelor’s Degree
Physical Requirements: works primarily in a self-chosen remote environment separated from the company's headquarters on a full-time basis, exclusively performing human resource management functions on a computer. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Repetitive and substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. No other duties or physical activities are required to complete this function. Some limited off-site work required that could include standing for prolonged periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending at the waist or stretching above the shoulders.
