Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our comprehensive network infrastructure. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure our IT operations support our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network architectures, systems administration, support protocols, and experience leading IT projects and teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, configure, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.

- Oversee systems administration tasks, including server deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.

- Lead support initiatives, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

- Serve as the technical lead on IT projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones and deliverables.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering, with a comprehensive background in systems administration and support.

- Proven management or leadership experience, with a track record of leading successful IT projects and teams.

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+) are highly desirable.

- Deep understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).

- Expertise in firewall configuration, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and security practices.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware) and containerization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
