Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate must have direct client relationships, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to bring in new business quickly. This role demands a go-getter with deep industry connections and the capability to generate revenue through contract placements within a short turnaround time.
Must Have Qualifications & Experience:
Total IT Industry Experience: Minimum 14 years in US IT staffing.
Experience in Business Development (Staffing Services & Solutions): 8+ years of dedicated BDM experience.
Contract Placement Experience: Proven track record as a BDM or Account Manager (not as a recruiter).
Client Portfolio:
- List of direct clients worked with (IT staffing opportunities).
- Name of the new clients onboarded and MSAs signed for previous employers.
- Revenue generated and number of resources placed per client.
- Confidence in Bringing Clients:
- Ability to name potential clients that can be onboarded.
- Expected timeline for securing new business (2nd/3rd month of joining).
- Executive-Level Connections:
- Strong professional relationships with CIOs, CEOs, CTOs, and Hiring Managers.
Qualifications:
- Must have atleast 8+ Years of relevant work exp in Business Development in IT/US IT staffing background
- Proven experience as an Business Development manager or similar role, with a focus on IT Staffing/US IT staffing background
- Must have active direct clients and bring the business in a quick turn around time.
- Must have experience in working with direct clients
- Must have experience in acquiring direct clients
- Should have experience in acquiring implementation partners with focus on acquiring direct clients
- Should have strong understanding and handling IT recruitment/IT staffing
- Should have strong exposure to current market IT technologies and roles
- We are looking for candidates who can join immediately available to 30 days of notice period
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
