CDW is seeking a versatile IT Support Specialist with a broad skill set and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Corporate Enterprise environment, a strong background in desktop and network support, and a talent for troubleshooting in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining IT systems and applications.
  • Utilize Active Directory, Entra, and Intune for user and group management, security settings, and device management.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and resolve IT challenges and improve system performance.
  • Document and track issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Participate in regular training and development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in an MSP or Corporate Enterprise IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra, and Intune for identity and access management, endpoint security, and device configuration.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems for tracking support requests.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
