The Role at a Glance – BMW MINI Parts Runner

Due to a recent promotion, BMW MINI is excited to bring aboard a Parts Runner associate to join our high-performance team.

In this position, you will play a critical role in the efficiency of the BMW MINI Parts and Service Departments, directly impact technician productivity, and contribute to the best-in-class service we provide to our valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assists in ensuring the efficient operations of the Parts Department.
• Delivers parts to technicians in a safe and expedient manner.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors and dusting parts bins daily. Stocks parts accessories in the correct bin locations.
• Notifies appropriate personnel of issues with orders.
• Performs inventory counts as directed by management.
• Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

• Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
