The Executive Assistant role entails providing support to managing partners. The responsibilities include:
Job Description:
- Provides administrative support in a complex team environment to a senior.
- Maintains complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
- Handles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with high level business leaders in a professional and effective manner.
- Booking conference rooms for internal and external meetings; coordinating registration and greeting guests
- Completing detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and project codes
- Maintaining contacts in Outlook
- Maintaining and organizing files
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Planning, coordinating and managing conferences and events
- Creating and/or proofing memos and presentations
- Working on various ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a senior leader in a corporate setting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Team player – energetic, enthusiastic and personable
• Experience with coordinating travel and booking arrangements
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, emphasis on Outlook and Excel)
