Job Title : Product Analyst – Business Requirements & QA
Location: Regina, SK ( Hybrid )

Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Analyst with experience in gathering business requirements and QA testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing user stories, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and ensuring high-quality development. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering & QA Testing: Collect, evaluate, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- User Story Management: Create, manage, and resolve JIRA stories related to production and ITE work.
- Incident & Enhancement Handling: Monitor incoming enhancement requests and manage incidents effectively.
- Development Oversight: Ensure that development teams adhere to standards for maintainability and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and IT teams to negotiate solutions.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Document and execute user story acceptance tests before release.
- Product Quality Assurance: Support problem investigations, analyze incidents, and contribute to high-quality product releases.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst or product analyst role.
Technical & Business Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to gather and vet business requirements effectively.
- Experience in QA testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Comfortable in an agile development environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Jira for managing user stories and tasks.
