PROLIM Global Corporation ( is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead a significant Data Governance project for a top client in Austin, Texas. This position requires strong collaboration with both IT and program stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution through agile methodologies and state-specific project management frameworks.

Job Title: Project Manager 2
Location: Austin, TX (701 W 51st Street)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 4 days remote, 1 day onsite (Tuesdays)
Client: Texas Health and Human Services Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the assigned project.
• Lead Agile project management efforts, facilitating ceremonies with vendors, IT teams, and program stakeholders.
• Manage the JIRA board, track progress, and ensure timely project reporting.
• Work within the HHSC-IT project management framework to align with state regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure adherence to Quality Assurance efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects in state or federal government agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework.
• 1+ year of experience as a Certified PMP.
