Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering innovative solutions for highly complex Business Execution challenges
- Drive Agile ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to Agile best practices and deliverables align with program goals
- Lead large-scale program execution, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Administer and optimize program management tools, with a focus on Jira and Confluence, to ensure transparency and alignment across teams
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating technical requirements into business impacts and ensuring technology solutions support business objectives.
- Create and deliver clear, impactful communication to leadership and stakeholders, providing program updates, risk assessments, and key metrics
- Develop advanced Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, including charts and graphs, to track and communicate program performance and metrics in a visually effective manner
- Collaborate across multiple functions to evaluate and solve unique challenges, requiring both visionary thinking and advanced analytical skills
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Release Train Engineer, managing large, complex programs
- Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies and driving Agile maturity
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including configuration, reporting, and process optimization
- Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements, risks, and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and managing stakeholder relationships in high-visibility, fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization) and PowerPoint (including building executive-level presentations with charts and graphics)
Pay Range: $65-75
