Key Requirements:

    1. 5+ years of experience
    2. Operational Risk Management background
    3. Business Systems Analyst experience
    4. Experience with business level guidance on enterprise-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution implementations for financial institution
    5. Experience with consulting on overall GRC solution strategy, as well as use case definition, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, release readiness, and documentation.
    6. Lead effective meetings with clearly stated objectives that drive desired outcomes. Able to negotiate and build consensus within a group.
    7. Engage with other stakeholders and business partners to ensure that requirements are understood and documented.
    8. Work with Business Line Subject Matter Experts to elicit processes details and document them
    9. Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Snowflake, SAP GRC, SharePoint, or ServiceNow IRM.
