Bay Colony Search has partnered with an independent sponsor to hire a CEO for a service-based, vendor-managed B2B facilities maintenance business with $1-3M in EBITDA. They are in search of that platform company, as well as an executive leader, and you will work with the sponsor through the acquisition process depending on when you are hired. The sponsor has done this previously with a PE firm and is looking to replicate it.
The search is focused in the Tri-state area so you should already live there or be willing to relocate there.

- Develop and execute strategic plans that deliver sustainable growth
