Position Overview

Hedy & Hopp is looking for a Project Manager responsible for the planning, managing, and execution of client projects. The role is an important one at H&H and is key to ensuring overall success of client projects through the orchestration of timelines, tasks, and resources to deliver high-quality work.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, solution-focused and has an exceptional level of organization. To perform well in this role, the candidate must be detail-oriented, excel at building detailed timelines and project plans, enjoy working with cross-functional teams, and have experience managing complex marketing projects.

Responsibilities / Areas of Focus

The key responsibilities will include daily engagement between account service, strategy and activation teams, building project plans, project timelines and ensuring successful task assignment and completion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the agency teams understand project timelines deliverables to deliver of work that is on scope, on budget, and on time.

  • Provide end-to-end project management for a variety of projects
  • Work with account service and resourcing lead to onboard new projects to effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals
  • Translate scope project requirements into detailed project plans and monitor progress and profitability
  • Build trusting, collaborative relationships and partnerships with team members and clients to achieve key business objectives
  • Deliver projects on time while ensuring quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams across projects from beginning to completion
  • Ensure alignment across teams around task delegation
  • Highlight potential project risks and act proactively to resolve issues
  • Daily implementation and management of tasks within project management system
  • Collaborate in drafting estimates and statements of work, consistent with client process, for supervisory review
  • Continuously works to upgrade knowledge and skills through available reading, courses, and seminars

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant agency or client side experience as a project manager
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and platforms
  • Knowledge of project tools such as Wrike, Teamwork, Basecamp, Jira, Asana
  • Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects and interact with a variety of clients
  • Experience building project timelines, identifying resourcing, and assigning/managing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on task management
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus
