Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Member Analytics team in driving retention, engagement, and sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing and product teams, leveraging data to guide decision-making and optimize long-term strategies. This role involves data analysis, visualization, and insights generation, using tools like SQL, Excel, and Tableau to build dashboards, reports, and business intelligence assets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze retention and engagement trends to support marketing and product strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track business performance
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to support business intelligence needs
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Measure the incremental impact of marketing tactics and product launches
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or technical project management
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis (e.g., t-tests, Chi-squared tests)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
