  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Systems Design Contractor/Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled Systems Design Contractor/Specialist to contribute to the development of Corporate Systems strategies and projects. The ideal candidate will possess 2D and 3D modeling skills, be self-motivated, and eager to learn our client's design standards. The Systems Design Contractor/Specialist will, also, develop 2D and/or 3D assets with parametric features for our Standards Library, edit existing 2D and/or 3D drawings, and develop new 2D and 3D designs to support their project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain conveyor component assets using 2D and 3D software
  • Develop and edit feasibility designs using 2D and 3D assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Manage project schedules and timelines
  • Assist in developing feasibility designs based on Industrial Engineering requirements (drawing sets, equipment manifests and estimates)
  • Provide project support to Corporate, Region, and/or District Project Managers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk or SolidWorks 2D and 3D software
  • Meticulous attention to detail with ability to balance big-picture concepts and detailed facts
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Software/Application Experience

  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D drafting using products such as:
  • AutoCAD
  • Architecture
  • Inventor with Factory Design Utilities
  • Navisworks Manage and Docs
  • SolidWorks

15-20% travel is required
