Role & responsibilities : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer with a passion for building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on developer who thrives in a collaborative team environment and can work across the stack, from front-end to back-end, with a strong emphasis on .NET Core/Framework and SQL Server. You will be working with a small, dynamic team and must be comfortable coordinating with stakeholders based in both India and the US.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using .NET Core/Framework technologies.
  • Design, build, and manage databases, ensuring performance and security with SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Build and optimize responsive web applications and APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and Agile processes.
  • Work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring clear and consistent communication with teams across different time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and complex queries.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with India and US-based teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Some experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
