  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Customer Service Representative

  • 100% remote
  • 8am-5pm EST shift

Duration: 3+ months to start; open to extend

Pay Rate: $22-23 per hour

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; 8am-5pm EST

  • Generates outbound calls to specific low-volume accounts in order to provide excellent service and update contact information
  • Process orders received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmation when requested
  • Process pick tickets through the ERP System selecting the appropriate carrier ensuring timely delivery
  • Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and services in a courteous manner and escalates issues to the appropriate person as required
  • Responsible for customer account setup and customer file maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Customer Support / Order Processing experience
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical distribution operations highly preferred
  • Technical: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and inventory management systems
  • Required: High School Diploma
