About the Job
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is embedded in the business unit and reports to the Chief Innovation Officer. The BI Analyst is critical in transforming data into actionable insights driving strategic decision-making, operational efficiencies, and business growth. This role executes data analytics, performance tracking, and reporting while supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven intelligence. The BI Analyst will collaborate with business unit leaders, innovation leaders, Product Owners, and IT to ensure data integrity, develop dashboards, and optimize data use for internal decision-making and external candidate and client insights.
What You’ll Do
· Collaborates directly with Product Owners, Business Unit Leaders, and Chief Innovation Officers to align data strategies with organizational goals
· Defines business intelligence requirements and leverages integrated data for analysis
· Performs analysis generating actionable insights and business value
· Develop, modify and maintain standard performance dashboards and track business KPIs
· Identify and deliver value-added information to clients and candidates
· Work with external partners to enhance, augment, and integrate candidate, client, job order, and market/competitive data
· Supports IT in ETL strategies and data integration projects
· Manages data and performs analysis to drive and evaluate AI initiatives
· Understands and adheres to data security protocols in reporting
· Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or related fields
· 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or healthcare
· Strong proficiency in Tableau (or Power BI, Looker, etc.)
· Experience building interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and self-service reports
· Ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
· Strong skills in SQL (building queries, extracting and analyzing data)
· Experience working with Salesforce reports and dashboards (or similar tools)

Compensation
· $95,000 + 10% Bonus
