
Entry Level Payroll Specialist

Location: 1224 Hammond Drive Dunwoody, GA 30338
Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Role: Payroll R&P Coordinator
About this Role:
The Revenue and Payroll (R&P) team is responsible for transactional processes that overlap between the Payroll and Revenue Departments. Our goal is to ensure that data changes are made appropriately and efficiently so that both departments can successfully carry out their respective duties.
What You’ll Do:
•Process cross-department external change forms including rate changes, match set up changes, and other candidate, client, or contract-specific information
•Work closely with members of Payroll, Revenue, and Compliance departments to ensure changes are compliant with Insight Global policies, client specific requirements and state/federal requirements
•Coordinate with Payroll Admin team to facilitate retro-active payroll adjustments
•Coordinate with Invoicing team to facilitate retro-active billing adjustments
•Help identify areas of improvement to create more efficient processes
