Compensation & Terms

  • Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
  • Hours: 15-25 hours per week
  • Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion
  • Invoicing & Payment: Contractors will invoice monthly, with payments processed within X days of invoice submission
  • Software & Access: Quantic provides all necessary software and system access for the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct student interviews with professionals from diverse industries, backgrounds, and cultures
  • Represent the Quantic brand while engaging with applicants, assessing their fit for our MBA programs
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with senior-level executives and entrepreneurs
  • Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions and contribute to the admissions evaluation process


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. & physically reside in the U.S
  • Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or other graduate-level degree is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience engaging with senior executives or professionals
  • Availability for training and development during daytime hours (Eastern Time)
  • Ability to work nights, mornings, and some weekends (Eastern Time) as needed
  • A computer capable of running video interviews and Quantic's admissions software (see recommended specifications below)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multicultural environments or with global clients
  • Familiarity with high-performance, results-driven teams
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
  • 5+ years of experience in business-related fields with a solid understanding of business concepts and terminology
  • Ability to work in a quiet, professional home office setting

Applicants must have a computer that can reliably support video interviews and the necessary software for this role. Below are the recommended minimum specifications:

  • Processor: Dual Core 2GHz or higher (i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent)
  • Memory: 8GB RAM or more
