Compensation & Terms
- Hourly Rate: $35 per hour
- Hours: 15-25 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension or conversion
- Invoicing & Payment: Contractors will invoice monthly, with payments processed within X days of invoice submission
- Software & Access: Quantic provides all necessary software and system access for the role
- Conduct student interviews with professionals from diverse industries, backgrounds, and cultures
- Represent the Quantic brand while engaging with applicants, assessing their fit for our MBA programs
- Communicate professionally and effectively with senior-level executives and entrepreneurs
- Maintain detailed records of applicant interactions and contribute to the admissions evaluation process
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S. & physically reside in the U.S
- Bachelor's degree required; an MBA or other graduate-level degree is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience engaging with senior executives or professionals
- Availability for training and development during daytime hours (Eastern Time)
- Ability to work nights, mornings, and some weekends (Eastern Time) as needed
- A computer capable of running video interviews and Quantic's admissions software (see recommended specifications below)
- Experience working in multicultural environments or with global clients
- Familiarity with high-performance, results-driven teams
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
- 5+ years of experience in business-related fields with a solid understanding of business concepts and terminology
- Ability to work in a quiet, professional home office setting
