Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing the organization s IT strategy to align with operational goals.
  • Asist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, applications, and support services.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of all IT systems, including compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, and services.
  • Manage the development and implementation of an IT Human Resource Strategy that aligns the organization s human capital with the division s business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology needs.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
