The HR Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources management, ensuring the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's strategic objectives and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on all HR-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a diverse workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and mediator for employee relations issues. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed to support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs. Collaborate with department managers to design and deliver relevant training initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and equity. Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to review and update compensation structures and benefit offerings.
  • HR Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and policies. Stay abreast of changes in labor laws and industry best practices, and proactively address any compliance issues or risks.
  • HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative functions, including record-keeping, payroll processing, employee documentation, and HRIS management. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and information.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellness: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and well-being. Foster a culture of inclusivity, recognition, and work-life balance through various programs and activities.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate key HR metrics and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
