ZeroFox seeks a Strategic Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers in the United States Federal government. The Strategic Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. The Strategic Account Manager will work collaboratively with new sales to meet revenue goals and report directly to the Vice President of Global Partnerships & Public Sector Sales. Travel, predominantly in the National Capital region, may be required up to 20-30% of the time.

Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for renewals and upsales of ZeroFox solutions to achieve target revenue
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
- Coordinate the resolution of key client issues and complaints by leveraging the correct internal resources
- Develop a complete understanding of account needs
- Anticipate account changes and improvements
- Manage communications between clients and internal teams
- Strategically plan to improve client results
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling existing solutions and cross-selling new ones to solve customer business problems
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and monthly and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and use in future case studies or company training
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Analyze and prepare customer data to provide customer relationship management
- Expand relationships and collaborating with sales representative to evangelize ZeroFox within account
- Act as a liaison between customer and internal business units to manage customer needs
- Technology sales / account management experience (cyber security preferred), typically obtained in 5+ years
- Experience managing and/or selling to enterprise-level United States Government clients, typically obtained in 10+ years
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Goal-orientation, organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivation and self-direction
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of clients and their position in the industry
- Eagerness to work with new sales to expand company, clients, and territories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field
- Experience with account forecasting and pipeline management
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in cybersecurity
- Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
