As an Engineering Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading two employees, utilizing Revit software to develop and design projects, and ensuring that all engineering requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of two employees, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
2. Utilize Revit software to create detailed multi-family design projects, ensuring all designs meet the clients' needs and adhere to all relevant industry standards and regulations.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to ensure all project requirements are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
5. Conduct regular project reviews and updates to keep all stakeholders informed about the project's progress.
6. Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
7. Ensure all engineering projects comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed, fostering their professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. A master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on multi-family design projects.
3. Proficiency in using Revit software is essential.
4. Proven experience in managing a team, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Strong knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
6. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders and keep them informed about the project's progress.
9. A strong commitment to health and safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
