Serve as a supervisor to 6 direct reports - oversee daily operations of team who work on quotations for spare part replacements at customer sites
Provide training, coaching, mentoring to team members on process and improvements
Optimize current SOP's, identify areas for improvement for efficiency and effectiveness; manage expectations for change management
Support team with any escalated calls or issues
Drive continuous improvement within department and CSR's role
Ensure team members are meeting standardized metrics
Run and monitor department KPI's
Work with internal leadership team to collaborate on bettering the department for the company
Ensure proper documentation for company products and training manuals
Ongoing education on company products to better serve as a resource to team members

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
