Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, design, and curate engaging content tailored to each available social media platform for any client
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms
  • Plan and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with company objectives

Social Media Strategy:

  • Design and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overarching digital marketing campaigns.

Trend Awareness:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Propose and implement creative ways to integrate trending content and features into campaigns.

Collaborations:

  • Work with the Account Executive, Design, and SEO teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Establish new social media campaigns and gain access to strengthen existing campaigns for newer social media clients

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite)
  • Familiarity with design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing principles.
