Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management (ADP Total Source)

  • Oversee and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage employee benefits and deductions in coordination with HR.

2. Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting (Cash Basis)

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

3. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Oversee invoicing, collections, receipt posting, and reconciliation.
  • Manage vendor payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reconciliation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial management, payroll, and accounting.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
