Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Manager in San Francisco, CA.
Summary:
In this role as CPG AdOps Campaign Success and Performance Manager, you will support Company's Advertising business by guaranteeing flawless campaign set up and performance for our CPG Advertisers. You will work with partners across the globe to propel the business forward, by acting as a coordinator for display, search and sponsored items campaigns as well as bridging the gap between the business' needs and the offshore operational team. This position will report to the CPG AdOperations Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, Audience Strategy and Data Analysts to ensure smooth campaign launch and mid-flight optimizations
* Execute multi-tier campaigns with various strategies: display, search, sponsored items and others
* Understand Sales pipeline and coordinate the campaign operations across partners and offshore teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and successfully
* Troubleshoot live campaigns by proactively monitoring them and proposing optimizations to ensure they reach budget utilization and performance indicators
* Closely supervise the offshore operational team supporting the region
* Partner with other managers on the Revenue Operations team to improve SOP's, launch new products and apply change management where needed
* Collaborate with Measurement Operations to drive campaign monitoring and tooling improvements
* Work with Product and Engineering to identify changes to internal Ad systems/tools that reduce the occurrence and impact of bottlenecks affecting delivery scalability, and improve the efficiency and quality of ad campaigns
* Providing high-level POVs on industry trends and impact to Company Advertising campaigns
* Participate in cross-functional team decisions and projects to enhance overarching process, workflow, and growth of Company Advertising
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of overall professional experience
* Proven experience working in the digital advertising industry (3+ years at least)
* Minimum of 3 years in Ad Operations, digital campaign management in a publisher, agency or Hands on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
* Experience working with CPG advertisers (1+ year at least)
* Strong analytical skills (data driven and quantitative skills) with MS Excel and Salesforce proficiency
* Ability to work cross functionally with many teams and Stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
* Candidates with experience with both established and new ad servers, products and processes
* SQL, Tableau experience highly preferred
* Experience working with data management platforms (ex. Krux, Cxense, etc.) and analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Tableau, ComScore, etc.)
* Experience working within Salesforce
* Knowledge of DFA/DCM, GAM, Sizmek, Innovid, Citrus platforms preferred
* Strong project management capabilities with stakeholder management skills
* Have a core operational understanding of critical campaign components such as brand safety guidelines, ad viewability, and filtering for suspicious and/or fraudulent media activity
* Nimble and fast - able to balance priorities and move quickly in a rapidly changing environment
* Proactivity - ability to ensure high standards and a bias toward action
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
