As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our facilities, personnel, and assets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and enforcing cutting-edge physical security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure global safety standards.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively address security threats across multiple international locations.
• Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and operation of state-of-the-art security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and alarm systems.
• Leading and mentoring a talented global team of security professionals, from recruitment to training and performance evaluations, with an emphasis on seamless global coordination.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in physical security management in a global corporate setting.
• Expertise in security systems and international security standards (CPP, PSP preferred).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
