As a Pricing Execution Program Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, including product, technology, and business teams, to drive key pricing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a comprehensive Pricing Execution program, which involves defining goals, setting clear metrics, and implementing mechanisms to track performance. As the founding member of the Program Management function , you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction and structure of this program from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, tech, and business teams to establish a programmatic approach that enhances execution excellence, influencing strategy, process, and technology decisions.
- Lead the development of a Pricing Execution program by defining clear goals, metrics, and mechanisms to track performance across the portfolio.
- Establish a regular cadence for reviewing performance results, attributing outcomes to specific root causes, and using these insights to drive continuous improvements.
- Develop and implement processes for gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, profitability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Serve as a founding member of the Program Management function within the Data and Analytics team, shaping the vision and ensuring its long-term impact across the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure that insights and data-driven strategies are fully integrated into business decisions, leading to sustainable performance improvements.
Previous Experience & Requirements
- Degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, with a proven track record of delivering results through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement cycles.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement processes by establishing metrics, analyzing results, and iterating on solutions based on data insights.
- Proficiency in SQL is required, with experience in developing and monitoring metrics for program performance. Report development using tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and business stakeholders, to influence strategy and program outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive impactful programs that align with organizational goals.
- A strong record of working with senior leadership and executive teams to shape strategic direction and deliver measurable results.
Salary: $127,000 - $155,000 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary annual bonus is provided.
The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
