Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
Technical Skills Needed
Proficiency in M365 tools and services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online.
Experience in M365 Copilot administration and tenant management
Strong understanding of data security, compliance requirements, and enterprise data protection policies
Expertise in Azure cloud services integration.
Soft Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
