Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, thrive on building relationships, and are passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads, setting up meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct outbound prospecting efforts to introduce WasteX & Medical Compliance services to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets related to lead generation and appointments set.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, waste management, or compliance industries is a plus but not required.
