About The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the New Business Sales Leadership Team, including the VP of Sales Development, Head of New Vertical Sales, RVP of Strategic Sales, and RVP of Enterprise Sales. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain insight into the inner workings of a fast-growing, successful company. The ideal candidate will help optimize workflows, manage key responsibilities, and enhance efficiency for the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Inbox Management: Oversee scheduling, appointments, meetings, and daily activities for four New Business Sales Leaders while managing their inboxes.
  • Confidential & Complex Task Support: Handle sensitive matters, including travel arrangements, meeting agendas, and note-taking for internal and external meetings.
  • Event Organization: Plan and coordinate professional events, team socials, off-sites, partner events, and client meetings for a sales team of approximately 200 people.
  • Project & Task Management: Assist with New Business Sales team projects, ensuring action items are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Executive Collaboration: Regularly interact and build relationships with executives across various teams.
  • Expense & Budget Tracking: Prepare and submit expense reports while monitoring team event budgets.
  • Task Prioritization: Help Sales Leaders effectively prioritize daily responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to multiple executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong time management & organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Trusted judgment in determining when to escalate concerns.
  • Excellent follow-up skills to track tasks and ensure completion.
  • Exceptional writing skills with attention to detail in composing and proofreading documents.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and flexible in response to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset, resourceful, and efficient in supporting leadership and colleagues.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $82,000 - $105,000 annually (for US-based applicants)
