  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing efficiency.
  • Track and report on key marketing KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in CPG or the food & beverage industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to build and scale marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in brand marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing, and omnichannel strategy.
  • Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing, DTC growth strategies, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
