This role is responsible for leading the implementation of software quality coordination and testing eCommerce solutions. The assignment involves creating a regression testing plan for the product team & working to automate the tests therein. They ll utilize their knowledge of software development, debugging problems, and writing automated tests with various tools to ensure high quality software experiences:

  • Develop moderately to highly complex manual & automated testing scenarios for systems; identify all requirements to ensure all scenarios are accounted for
  • Determine requirements/user stories to accurately write test cases for ambiguous software needs
  • Utilize knowledge of requirements\user stories to ask probing questions to ensure test cases are properly formulated; Follow standards to ensure metrics are working
  • Build out software automated release pipelines as needed
  • Code and modify software programs; solve problems at system and application code level
  • Test and debug code; maintain, modify, and integrate automated testing software solutions
  • Write SQL queries for moderately to highly complex problems
  • Perform manual\automated testing using supported tools; Responsible for single test effort deliverables

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a Lead QA role
  • 3 or more years experience in software development and testing
  • Azure cloud computing systems aptitude
  • Proficient in C# Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with API test automation development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Angular client development & test automation
  • Experience creating a regression testing plan from scratch
